Ismail Elbarasse was not charged with any crime but was detained as a material witness in Mousa Abu Marzook and the Holy-Land Foundation cases. Few month after his arrest Ismail Elbarasse was released on bail. Today (10/2008) the material-witness warrant eventually expired and he is a free citizen without any restrictions.
