INTER-PAL
 International Palestine is an Islamic Charity based in London, UK, registered as a British Overseas NGOs for Development in 1994. Inter-Pal aimed on the provision of relief and development aid to the poor and needy Palestinians over the world, especially in the Palestinian territories, Lebanon and Jordan. Large part of Inter-Pal foundation activity is channeled to the Hamas and the Islamic Movement in Israel.
Inter-Pal had strong ties with many other Islamic Charities working for the Islamic Palestinian cause and since 10/2000 is fully integrated in the Charity Coalition formed by Hamas to coordinate the operations and fund raising of many Islamic Palestinian Charities all over the world. Inter-Pal functioned as the clearing house for many of those charities.
On 09/12/2004, a federal magistrate judge in Chicago, USA, ordered three Islamic charities, including Inter-Pal, and a man accused of raising money for the Palestinian militant group Hamas, to pay $156 million to the parents of an American teenager killed in 1996 by Palestinian terrorists in the West Bank.
The last annual reported income of Inter-Pal, in 2007, was £5,064,280. Eventually it was never proved that Inter-Pal was, knowingly, financing terror directly or indirectly although it is impossible to monitor the flow of money once it arrived to Hamas social institutions in Gaza or the Palestinian West Bank.
