ABU MUsAB ABDUL WADUD
 Abdelmalek Droudkel, also known as Abu Musab Abdul Wadud, was, probably, born in Algeria in the early 70s’. He is a former science student who dropped out of university after two years and began his carrier in the rank of Global Jihad as a bomb maker.
Abu Musab Abdul Wadud, replaced Nabil Sahrawi as the leaders of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat- (GSPC) on 06/2004 after Nabil Sahrawi, the former leader, was killed with his other lieutenants, by the Algerian army in gun fight in Kabylie mountains on 06/18/2004.
From 09/2006 Abu Musab Abdul Wadud negotiated with the top leaders of Al Qaeda - Ayman Al Zawahiri and Osama Bin Laden, to be granted the title of ‘Emir Al-Qaeda in the MAGHREB’ just as Abu Musab al Zarqawi was granted the title ‘Emir Al Qaeda in Iraq’ on 10/17/2004.
On 01/06/2007 Abu Musab Abdul Wadud claimed, through the web, to be the leader -‘Emir’ of “MAGHREB al-Qaeda”, of a united number of radical Islamic groups in North Africa. The video tape broadcasted in the net was titled “We are coming” and made an analogy between Iraqi PM Nuri al Maliki and Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and between USA, who is behind Nuri al Maliki and France, who is behind Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
Today (10/2007) Abu Musab Abdul Wadud is at large wanted by Algerian and Moroccan authorities for terror charges.
* Abu Musab Abdul Wadud was sentenced to death in absentia by an Algerian court, on Thursday 03/13/2012, after the court convicted him and eight co-defendants of murder, membership of a terrorist organisation and attacks using explosives.
